Job description:
Upskilling and reskilling of the employee’s performance towards organization strategic objective.
He/She will be part of strategic decision making to pivot the organization towards the current and future technologies.
He/She has to identify the skill set, performance gap of the employees and setup OKR for the organization and employees.
He/She has to drive the organization towards high performance by driving one complete vertical of technology (Embedded, Automotive, Avionics, Data Engineering …) as a trainer, buddy, coach.
He/She has to drive Hire, Train and Deploy vertical of the organization
He/She has to help recruitment team to identify the right skilled employees
