Techno Manager for Human Resource Development (HRD-TM)
Job Title: Human Resource development Techno Manager (HRD-TM)

Job description:

Upskilling and reskilling of the employee’s performance towards organization strategic objective.

He/She will be part of strategic decision making to pivot the organization towards the current and future technologies.

He/She has to identify the skill set, performance gap of the employees and setup OKR for the organization and employees.

He/She has to drive the organization towards high performance by driving one complete vertical of technology (Embedded, Automotive, Avionics, Data Engineering …) as a trainer, buddy, coach.

He/She has to drive Hire, Train and Deploy vertical of the organization

He/She has to help recruitment team to identify the right skilled employees

  •  Digital electronics
  •  Embedded Systems
  •  Microcontroller and MicroProcessor
  •  RTOS
  •  C, Embedded C
  •  Embedded Projects
  •  Sensors
  •  CAN, LIN, I2C, Serial communication
  •  PERL (Opt), PYTHON (Opt)
  •  Linux (Opt)
  •  SDLC and Agile (Opt)
  •  AUTOSAR and ISO26262 (Opt)
  •  Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  •  Able to work as Independently
  •  Having overview on latest trends in technology
  •  Executed embedded projects which are of midsize

Responsibilities:

  •  Should be able to handle at least one vertical of technology as a trainer (preferably embedded automotive)
  •  Assist organization leadership team in technical content
  •  Should be able to talk face to face with clients on technology front
  •  Setup OKR for organization and to employees
  •  Should act a thread between organization strategy to employee development
